Standard In-House Tube Molds

Below is a chart of the ID and OD dimensions that we have molds for in-house. All ID’s listed have an “On Mandrel” tolerance, which means we pour them exactly. In its relaxed state, the ID will shrink down and will measure smaller than the dimension it was poured. Since polyurethane is an elastomer, it will stretch back out to the requested ID and will be a tight fit.

We have the ability to take our existing molds and customize tubes specific to your requirements. If you need an ID/OD combination that we have never produced, please note there may be a small setup charge for machining a top and base.
